About the player
Davi Schoendt spent his entire formative career at one club, joining the Fluminense academy in 2013 and working through the youth ranks before making his first-team debut on 12 January 2025, in the Campeonato Carioca against Sampaio Corrêa. His path through the age groups produced silverware along the way: the Campeonato Brasileiro Sub-17 in 2020, the Campeonato Carioca Sub-20 in 2022, and the Copa Nike Sub-15 back in 2019. A right-footed centre-back, he made his Série A debut on 9 August 2025 against Bahia, and the following year lifted the Taça Guanabara with Fluminense's senior side.
That 2026 title proved to be his last contribution in Fluminense colours. That same July, he moved to Portugal, joining AVS Futebol SAD in Liga Portugal 2 on a free transfer, with his contract running to June 2030. Fluminense kept hold of half of his economic rights. At AVS he has taken the number 4 shirt.
He has yet to add senior international recognition to his record, though he has come through Brazil's youth national teams.
