About the player
Pedro Nuno arrived at Oţelul Galaţi in August 2025 on a free transfer. He began at Académica de Coimbra, making his Primeira Liga debut in the 2014–15 season, before moving to Benfica in 2016. That switch never produced a senior appearance for the Lisbon club, as he spent the following two seasons out on loan at Tondela.
In February 2020 he was named winner of the Primeira Liga's Goal of the Month.
Pedro Nuno has yet to win a major trophy at club level and has not been capped by Portugal at senior or youth international level. At Oţelul, the attacking midfielder now wears the number 27 shirt.
