Nevio Di Giusto

Nevio Di Giusto joined the FC Zürich academy in 2016, at the age of eleven, after starting out at FC Wettingen and SC YF Juventus. He worked his way through the club's youth sides and settled into the U21 team in the Promotion League. He made his senior debut for FC Zürich in the Swiss Super League on 25 February 2024, going on to add four league appearances and one Swiss Cup outing that season.

His progress was interrupted in September 2024, when he suffered a fractured metatarsal against FC Sion that required surgery. A year later, on 22 September 2025, he signed a new contract with FC Zürich running to 2029 and was immediately loaned out to FC Vaduz in the Challenge League for the rest of the 2025/26 season, making seven appearances there before returning to FC Zürich in January 2026.

At international level, Di Giusto has moved up through the Swiss youth ranks, representing the U16, U17, U18 and U19 sides. He has since been capped twice for the Switzerland U20 team, scoring once, and has been called up to the U21 squad for UEFA European Under-21 Championship 2027 qualifying.
