Three goals in the Copa do Brasil, two of them in a single match against Águia de Marabá, is an unusual return for a holding midfielder. Pablo Roberto managed it in his first months at Juventude, having arrived on 16 January 2026 on loan from Fortaleza until the end of the season, with an option to buy. He played 11 of the club's first 13 matches and added an assist in Série B.

He came through at Atlético Goianiense and made his senior debut there in 2018, spending part of 2019 on loan at Portuguesa-RJ. The move that shaped his career came on 2 January 2020, when he joined Vila Nova. That year the club won Série C; across his time there he made 57 appearances and scored four goals. Vila Nova then loaned him to Bahia in 2021, where he won the Copa do Nordeste, and to Remo between July 2022 and July 2023.

Europe followed on 30 July 2023, when Casa Pia paid around €225,000 for him. He stayed two seasons in Portugal and played 58 matches. Fortaleza brought him home on 21 August 2025 for a fee reported at roughly €1m, or 6.3m reais for 60% of his rights, on a contract running to 31 December 2028.

Less than five months later he was on his way to Juventude, where he wears the number 7 shirt and has spent the season in the middle of the pitch, sometimes as a volante, sometimes further forward.
