Wesley

Wesley's move to Real Sociedad in January 2026 came on loan from Al-Nassr, midway through his time at the Saudi club.

He came through the youth ranks at Corinthians, joining the academy's under-11 side in 2016 and working his way to a professional debut in the Copa do Brasil in April 2022. He made around 84 appearances and scored seven goals, with his first senior goal arriving against Newell's Old Boys in the Copa Sudamericana. That form earned him the Samba Gold award as Brazil's best under-20 player in 2024, along with a nomination for ESPN's Bola de Prata as the Brasileirão's player of the round and a place on L'Équipe's list of the world's thirty best under-20 talents.

Corinthians sold him to Al-Nassr for a reported €18 million in August 2024. In Saudi Arabia he made 40 appearances, scoring five goals and setting up five more. He was part of the squad that won the Saudi Pro League title in 2025–26 before his loan move to Sociedad.

At youth international level, Wesley made his Brazil under-20 debut against Mexico in September 2024 and went on to become a key member of the side that won the 2025 South American Under-20 Championship in Venezuela, also featuring at that year's FIFA Under-20 World Cup.
