In 2023 Bolívar S.C. reached the finals of both halves of the Venezuelan second-tier season. They won the Clausura, then lost the overall final and stayed exactly where they had started.
The founding itself is tangled. Francisco Pérez, Hugo Mujica and José Moreno had bought Atlético Furrial in 2019 and held a stake in LALA FC before Bolívar S.C. appeared in 2021.
There is not much of the apparatus a club usually accumulates.
