The village of Novoselye, in Minsk Raion, is where the club started in June 2007. It took eight years to reach the top flight.

Home matches are played at the FC Minsk Stadium on Mayakovskogo Street, a ground holding 3,000. The club does not own it, and does not share a district with it.

The most-remembered season came in 2019. Alexander Hleb signed for the club and played in blue and grey. Six years earlier, still outside the professional pyramid, they had reached the final stage of the UEFA Regions' Cup, the amateur tournament for regional selections — an early sign that the district was organising football seriously.

A youth academy followed in 2017, a decade after the club itself, which is roughly the order in which most things at Isloch have happened: the first team first, the structures behind it afterwards.

The fixtures that carry the most weight are against FC Minsk and Dinamo Minsk — neighbours by geography, not by history, and both of them older and better resourced. Isloch have made themselves a fixture in the Vysheyshaya Liga without yet turning that into anything they can put in a cabinet. There is one trophy, from the second division, and a cup run that stopped one match short of a final.
