Two men put money behind a youth project in Varna in 2021 — supermarket chain owner Victor Bakurevich and Evgeni Gashchuk built it first as a free academy for young players. Registered on 16 April 2021, it won the B Regional Group in its first season, then the A Regional Group a year later.
The 2023/24 season carried the club twice over: the Bulgarian Amateur Football League Cup, and a second-place finish in the Third League that sent Fratria up to the Second League. Denis Kadir has been on the pitch for most of that rise, 83 league appearances between 2023 and 2026.
