HOJ Women

HOJ Women currently sit in the Danish 1. Division, the country's second tier, having dropped out of the Kvindeligaen after a spell in the top flight.

The club plays out of Søndermarkshallen, and the shirts stay in white with black shorts, a plain enough colour scheme in a city where Aarhus Håndbold's brown and green is the more familiar sight across town. HOJ is a separate entity from that club, and separate too from HØJ Elite, which is based well outside Aarhus in Ølstykke and gets confused with HOJ often enough that the distinction is worth stating plainly.

Domestically, HOJ Women have yet to put a Danish Championship or a Danish Cup on the shelf. The closest thing to a title on the record came abroad, in Italy, where the side won the Trofeo Internazionale Trial in 2022.
