Radnik Bijeljina and Borac Banja Luka shared four points in the Premier League's Regular Season round four on Sunday. The hosts took an early lead through B. Dimitric in the fortieth minute, but Borac fought back to claim a 2-2 draw. By then, the visitors had already established a pattern of controlling territory despite their limited time in the top flight.
And here's the thing about the second half: Borac changed their approach. M. Deket equalised in the seventieth minute, cutting through a Radnik defence that had grown tired. The hosts threw bodies in the way but could not keep the visitors out for long.
To be fair, neither side had done enough to win by the ninetieth minute. D. Teodorovic gave Borac the lead in the ninety-first minute, only for L. Juricic to respond two minutes later. The match ended with all four yellow cards in play — A. Konate, T. Rushesha, and M. Ghorzi for the visitors, plus one more for the hosts.
The numbers told a familiar story. Borac held 62 per cent possession and launched 107 attacks compared to Radnik's 76, yet the visitors managed only six shots on target to the hosts' three. They took nine corners against ten, but possession meant little when chances went begging.
Radnik remain tenth on two points from four games, having now drawn twice and lost twice. Borac move up to third with seven points from three matches, extending a run that includes victories over Čelik and Víkingsgur Reykjavík.
