Aleksa Latković

Cetinje gave Latković his start: he came through FK Lovćen, the club of the town where he grew up, and made his senior debut there in August 2017. Two years in the Montenegrin second and first divisions were enough to earn him a move across the border, and in February 2019 he joined NK Osijek on a free transfer.

The Osijek years were spent almost entirely with the reserve side. He stayed with Osijek II from early 2019 until the summer of 2021, and left on another free transfer when the spell ended.

NK Rudeš was where the career turned. Across three seasons he became one of the side's central figures, scoring 15 goals in 86 appearances in all competitions, and in 2022/23 he was part of the team that won promotion to the HNL. That run of form brought the move to NK Varaždin in September 2024 — again a free transfer, this time on a contract that runs to 2028.

Montenegro have used him through the age groups: 12 caps for the under-19s between 2018 and 2019, four for the under-21s from 2020 to 2022, with earlier appearances at under-18 level. He has been named in senior squad lists without yet making his debut for the full national team.

He has not won a senior title or an individual award. What he has is a body of work built in the Croatian lower divisions and carried upward.
