About the player
Noah König came through the age groups at FV Linkenheim and Karlsruher SC before joining Hoffenheim's academy in 2015. He spent six years working through the club's youth system there, signing his first professional contract in October 2021. Rather than an immediate breakthrough, he was farmed out to Hoffenheim's reserve side, where he made 68 appearances in the Regionalliga Südwest over four seasons, scoring once, and helped the team win the division in the 2024/25 campaign.
His senior chance came late into that spell: König made his Bundesliga debut on 23 February 2025, starting a 1-1 draw against VfB Stuttgart. Two further senior appearances followed for Hoffenheim, though the circumstances of those outings are not widely documented.
With his contract at an end, König left Hoffenheim on a free transfer in April 2025, signing with SpVgg Greuther Fürth until 2028. In September 2026, Fürth sent him out on loan to 3. Liga side SC Verl for the season, with an option to make the move permanent.
