«The Blue-Whites»
The women's team did not grow out of Slovan itself. Its line runs back to a side in Mníšek in 1987 that moved to Krásná Studánka in the mid-1990s and rose into the top flight under that name. In 2007 Krásná Studánka lost its licence, and the Czech Football Association was by then pressing men's clubs to field women's sides, so the team transferred into the Slovan structure. Under the new name the club took the "Modrobílí" tag and the blue and white of the men's side as its own.
The first season in the top division, 2007/08, ended in 10th and relegation through a league reorganisation, and it took until 2014, and a promotion play-off win over Baník Ostrava, to get back. In the first qualifying round they were drawn against SFK 2000 Sarajevo and won the away leg 3-2 on 26 August 2026.
The club's own academy has started feeding the first team, with Tereza Černá and Denisa Skálová among the graduates now on the books. It is a long way back to a village side in Mníšek, but that is where the shirt now worn at Stadion Hrádek first took shape.
