Zbrojovka Brno

Zbrojovka came back up through the second tier in 2022–23, winning it outright. The 2025–26 campaign has brought a fixture the city had not had for a long time: SK Artis Brno , sharing the same pitch and turning up as an opponent. One of those meetings drew 8,800.

The club started in 1913 as SK Židenice, named for the district it came from, and took the arms-factory name Zbrojovka after the war. That connection survives in what supporters still call them: Flinta , the rifle.

The one league title came in 1977–78, in the Czechoslovak First League. Before that, in 1959–60, the club won the Czechoslovak Cup as Rudá hvězda Brno, beating Dynamo Praha 3–1. The last of the silverware arrived under a different name again — FC Boby Brno took the 1992–93 cup, 2–0 against 1. FC Košice, in the final edition contested while Czechoslovakia still existed.

FC Slovácko in Uherské Hradiště. Both sit inside the loose grouping of Moravian derbies alongside Olomouc, Zlín and Jihlava.

Home is the Městský fotbalový stadion Srbská, known commercially as the ShipEx Arena since 2025, holding 10,785.
