PAC Academy won the 2022/23 Ashanti Regional Division Two League to earn promotion into the Division One League.

In the following season, the club reached the quarter-finals of the MTN FA Cup. Facing sides from the Premier League, PAC Academy beat both Medeama SC and King Faisal FC before losing to Attram de Visser on penalties after a 1-1 draw in the quarter-finals.

Rashid Nuhu, aged sixteen, was given a trial at FC Schalke 04 in 2025, while Faisal Shaibu left for Berekum Chelsea that September.

In June 2025 the club's owner, Inusah Ahmed, known locally as "Pascal" and "Agony", was arrested in Ghana in a joint operation involving the Ghana Police Service, Interpol and the FBI, accused of running a $100 million international fraud syndicate. He was extradited to the United States two months later to face wire fraud and money laundering charges. The club stated it would carry on regardless, and its players reported for pre-season training ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.

Ahmed had founded the club in Offinso in 2014. The club now plays its home matches at the 1,000-capacity Mohammed Kamil Arena, known locally as the PAC Academy FC Park.
