In 2024–25 and 2025–26 he played alongside the American Jonathan Gibson, a former NBA player, and the Australian Thon Maker, an NBA draft pick.

In 2025–26 that group won the Saudi Premier League and the Saudi Basketball Federation Cup , the first time either trophy had gone to the club. In the Cup final they beat Al-Nassr 89–82. The same season they played in Group B of the West Asia Super League, where they beat Sharjah 108–74, and they were drawn for the 2026 Final 8.

The club is older than its basketball reputation. It traces its roots to an amateur match in 1978 and was registered in 1981 as Wadi Al-Qura, before taking the name Al-Ula. It is a multi-sport club, and basketball is one section of it. It sits inside the wider development of AlUla, in which the Royal Commission for AlUla is involved. The club's colours are blue, black and gold, and it is nicknamed the Arabian Leopards.

Home games are played at the Prince Mohammed bin Abdul Aziz Basketball Arena in Medina, which holds around 4,500. The arena is part of the Prince Mohammed bin Abdul Aziz Sports City. The club itself belongs to Al-'Ula, in Medina Province.
