«Basket Esch»
The 2020 title arrived without a final whistle: the season was cancelled, and Basket Esch took the championship on the standings rather than on the court.
Founded in 1959 in Esch-sur-Alzette, the club plays as Basket Esch in dark blue and white, and its championship run reads in clusters — four titles between 2005 and 2008, then a gap before 2012, then the pandemic-era title and the 2022 double. In the 2020/2021 season the scoring load fell to Tatsiana Liktharovich, who topped the league with an average of 34 points a game, while Emily Leid added a further 16 points a night.
The club's matches with Musel Pikes have taken on the shape of the league's defining rivalry.
Youth work has started to show on the honours list too, with the Espoirs Dames championship won in 2023 and again in 2025.
