Musel Pikes Women

Cathy Schmit spent her whole career at Musel Pikes, 2006 to 2021, and left with nearly 5,000 points to her name.

The team she played for came together in May 2000, when BC Stadtbredimus and Rief Remich merged into one side based in Stadtbredimus. Within five years it was winning the national title, and between 2005 and 2014 it took the championship five times, with a Luxembourg Cup added in 2004. The club has also spent long stretches as bridesmaid, finishing runner-up in the league four times and losing four cup finals in the 2000s.

The squad has carried an international accent at times: Natalie Diaz arrived with NCAA Division II All-American honours, Caitie Jones came from Australia's professional ranks, and Eden Nibbelink has represented Luxembourg on the national team. Charlie Bidinger, also a national team player, has been a fixture through much of the club's recent history. They play out of the Centre Sportif Jeannot Bonifas in Stadtbredimus.
