Holon Toto Hall seats 5,500 and has hosted Hapoel Holon since 2015. The move to a modern arena came only after the club had already rebuilt itself from the third tier, where businessman Miki Dorsman bought the team in 2002 and took over as owner and coach. He steered Holon through back-to-back promotions in 2003 and 2007, and in 2008 they beat Maccabi Tel Aviv 73–72 in the championship final, Malik Dixon sinking the winning basket with two seconds on the clock and ending a run of fourteen straight Maccabi titles. Dorsman left soon after over funding problems, and ownership passed to Shlomo Issac's group in 2013, with Issac and Eitan Lanciano becoming the main owners in 2016.

A second league title followed in 2022, a sweep of Bnei Herzliya in the final, and the club had already added an Israel State Cup in 2009 — Brian Tolbert beating the buzzer against Maccabi Haifa — and another in 2018, when Glen Rice Jr. did the same against Maccabi Tel Aviv and took the final's MVP award. Maccabi Tel Aviv and Hapoel Jerusalem remain the fixtures that matter most, and the 2022 playoff semi-final against Jerusalem ended in a sweep the other way.

No one at the club is spoken of quite like Ofer Eshed, the man the arena's second name honours. He scored 7,495 points between 1957 and 1972 and remains Holon's all-time leading scorer, a mark set before most of the club's later crises and revivals had even begun.
