Sesi Sao Paulo Women

Sesi-SP have won the Liga de Basquete Feminino three years running, taking the title in 2023, 2024 and 2025 and beating Sampaio Basquete in the final in two of those campaigns. The state championship, the Campeonato Paulista Feminino, has gone the same way four times over that stretch, so a club now sets the pace in both competitions it enters.

The women's basketball department was set up in 2018 as a joint venture between SESI-SP and the municipality of Araraquara, and it took until 2019 to get a first season in the LBF. Everything the club has built, it has built inside that window.

Sampaio Basquete is the name that keeps recurring: the two have met for the national title more than once, and those finals have done more to define Sesi-SP's recent years than any other fixture. Corinthians and AD Santo André round out the list of sides the club is measured against, though neither has produced the same rivalry.

Aline Moura wears the captain's armband. Three LBF championships and four state titles inside a handful of seasons is the kind of record a captain gets asked about long after the medals are handed out.
