About the player
Dmitriev came through the FC Novosibirsk youth ranks before moving on to the Akron – Yuri Konoplyov Football Academy in December 2021. He worked his way into Akron-2, making his debut for the reserve side in the Second League in April 2024, and went on to score twice in 17 appearances for them across the 2024 and 2025 seasons. On 6 July 2024 he signed his first professional contract with the main Akron Tolyatti squad, tying him to the club until June 2030.
His breakthrough came that same year, when Akron reached the Russian Premier League for the first time. Dmitriev started against Lokomotiv on the opening day of the 2024/25 season at 17 years and 2 days old, making him the youngest player to start a season opener in RPL history and, more broadly, the youngest participant the competition has seen.
He plays as a right winger despite being left-footed. He has not yet won a major title with the senior side.
