Aaron Collins

Aaron Collins arrived at Milton Keynes Dons with a reputation for consistency rather than flash. His career has been defined by steady accumulation of goals across several clubs, culminating in a move that marked a significant moment for his current team.

Collins began his development at Newport County before moving to Wolverhampton Wanderers. His time at Molineux was largely spent on loan, a period that saw him gain experience at Notts County, Tranmere Rovers, Maidstone United, and Colchester United. He left Wolves by mutual consent in early 2019, shortly after a brief stint back at his former club Newport County.

His breakthrough came at Forest Green Rovers. After a short spell at Morecambe where he scored eight goals in fifteen games, he joined Forest Green in June 2019. He quickly established himself, making 72 appearances and finding the net 14 times. This stability earned him a move to Bristol Rovers in June 2021. It was here that his career truly accelerated. He made 118 appearances for the club, scoring 35 goals. His performances were recognised when he won the EFL League One Player of the Season award for 2022–23, as well as the club's own Player of the Year honour.

The quality of his play at Bristol Rovers attracted Bolton Wanderers. He joined the Trotters in February 2024 for a reported £750,000. The transfer proved fruitful as he scored 20 goals in 64 appearances, reaching a personal milestone of 100 professional goals in April 2025. His contributions were again acknowledged when he was voted Bolton's Player of the Year for the 2024–25 season.

His journey now continues at Milton Keynes Dons. He signed for the club in June 2025 for a reported £800,000, a fee that stands as a record signing for the side. While his international record shows only one cap for Wales U19, his domestic career highlights a player who has consistently delivered results. He is a right-footed forward, standing 185 cm tall.
