I. Eremeev

Ilya Eremeev has never known a football education outside Lokomotiv Moscow. A graduate of the club's academy, the midfielder worked his way through the youth ranks before putting pen to paper on his first professional contract in July 2026, tying him to the club through the end of 2030.

His senior debut followed weeks later, on 1 August 2026, when he was named for the Russian Premier League fixture against Dynamo Makhachkala. The step up came after a period in which he had already featured for the first-team set-up in less formal fixtures, but the Makhachkala match stands as his recognised competitive bow for the club.

Eremeev's rise has run in parallel with a steady presence in the Russia youth set-up. He was capped twice by Russia U16 in 2024, added an appearance for the U17s in 2025, then two more at U18 level the same year. By June 2026 he had progressed to the U19 side, turning out at the Mirobor Usmanov memorial tournament and in matches against Uzbekistan, Armenia and Saudi Arabia.

At senior level, silverware and individual honours are still to come. For now, Eremeev's story is that of a Moscow academy product handed his shot in the top flight and building international experience alongside it, with the number 75 shirt on his back at Lokomotiv.
