Lucas Fasson

Lucas Fasson's career has taken him from São Paulo's academy through Chile and back to Brazil before landing in Russia. He came through São Paulo's youth ranks, having joined the club in 2012 after starting out at Diadema, and made his senior debut for São Paulo in March 2020. That summer, with the club demanding a €40 million release fee that went unpaid amid a contract dispute, he left on a free transfer for Chilean side Deportes La Serena, where he spent a season gaining first-team experience.

His move back to Brazil, joining Athletico Paranaense in 2021, marked a significant period in his career: he won the Copa Sudamericana that year and reached the final of the Copa do Brasil with the club, form that saw him named to Sofascore's Copa Sudamericana Team of the Year. That run of success led to his transfer to Lokomotiv Moscow in July 2022, when Athletico sold the defender for a reported €3 million on a four-year deal. He made his league debut for the Moscow club that same month, in a 1–1 draw with Pari NN.

The following two Russian Premier League seasons brought no medals as Lokomotiv finished outside the top three, but the 2025/26 campaign changed that: Fasson was part of the squad that won bronze, making 26 appearances and scoring twice along the way. He has also featured for Brazil at youth level, with a single cap for the under-20s in 2020 followed by call-ups to the under-23 side, including the 2024 CONMEBOL Pre-Olympic Tournament.
