Musa Juwara

Musa Juwara scored his first Serie A goal for Bologna against Inter Milan on 5 July 2020, less than a year after he signed for the club.

He came to Italy in 2016 and started out informally in Ruoti. There Vitantonio Summa, coach of Virtus Avigliano, spotted him, and Avigliano became his first official club. A year later he moved to the youth setup at Chievo, but only after winning a legal battle against a FIGC ban over his transfer status. In 2019 he went to Torino on loan for the Torneo di Viareggio and scored three goals in three matches. He made his Serie A debut for Chievo against Frosinone on 25 May 2019, and signed for Bologna that July.

Bologna gave him his senior debut in the Coppa Italia in December 2019. Over four years he made 12 senior appearances and scored once. Loans followed to Boavista in Portugal, where he played three times, and to Crotone, where he also made three appearances before the spell ended early on 31 January 2022. A loan to Odense Boldklub in 2023 was terminated by mutual consent in June without an appearance.

Vejle Boldklub signed him on a free transfer in July 2023. He played 60 times for the Danish club and scored seven goals. In July 2025 Pogoń Szczecin paid about €850,000 for him and gave him a three-year contract with an option for a further year. He has since made 22 appearances and scored twice for the first team, and played six times for the reserves.

For The Gambia he made his debut in a friendly against Congo on 9 October 2020. He has won six caps, without a goal.
