Mark Emilio Papazov

Mark Emilio Papazov spent the 2025/26 season scoring regularly for CSKA Sofia II. He scored 18 goals in 29 Second League matches, and in July 2026 Lokomotiv Sofia signed him on a free transfer, on a contract running until 2028.

He started out at Levski Sofia and moved to the CSKA Sofia academy in September 2018, then signed with the senior squad in July 2020. He was part of the group that won the Bulgarian Cup in 2020/21. CSKA sent him out on loan repeatedly to find minutes, and he made six first-team appearances for the club between 2022 and 2025 without scoring.

The loans produced most of his senior goals. At Litex Lovech in 2021/22 he played 35 Second League matches and scored six. Hebar 1918 Pazardzhik took him twice: 13 games and two goals in the first half of 2023, then 15 games and three goals from February to June 2024. He also played twice in the cup for Hebar that season. At Botev Vratsa in the first half of 2025 he played 13 league matches and three cup ties without a goal.

The Bulgarian Cup in 2025/26 was won by a CSKA squad he belonged to, though his own part came mainly with the reserve side.

He has played for Bulgaria at three youth levels. He scored twice in five appearances for the U19s and twice in three for the U17s, and he has five caps at U21 level. At Lokomotiv he has made seven appearances so far in 2026/27.
