About the player
Michée Ndembi came through Anderlecht's academy, spending seven years there before leaving in August 2023. At just 16, he moved to Benfica. He settled into the Benfica system playing for the U19 side, and also scored in the UEFA Youth League. He got a taste of senior football with Benfica B in Liga Portugal 2, and signed his first professional contract while still with the Portuguese club.
In February 2026, Ndembi returned north, joining KVC Westerlo on a permanent transfer and signing a 3.5-year contract. He made his senior league debut for the club in the Belgian Pro League that August. A right-footed centre-back standing 187 cm.
Ndembi's underage international career has run alongside his club development. He earned three caps for Belgium's U17 side in the spring of 2024, then stepped up to the U19 level, debuting for that side in September 2025 and going on to collect five caps. He has not yet been called into a senior Belgium squad.
