About the player
Mohamed Salah El Bukkamiri made his professional debut for Union SG on 23 July 2022, coming on as a substitute, and split that first season between the first team and the club's reserve side in the second national division. He moved on to Club Brugge's reserve outfit, Club NXT, in the Challenger Pro League in the summer of 2023, where he made 22 appearances, scored four goals and set up five more.
August 2024 brought a permanent move to Lommel United. He settled quickly in the Challenger Pro League, going on to make around 55 appearances for the club and scoring 12 goals in the division. In September 2026 he completed a move to Casa Pia in Portugal's Primeira Liga, signing a permanent deal running to 2030. He has already featured for Casa Pia at the top level of Portuguese football.
Born in Belgium and also holding Moroccan citizenship, El Bukkamiri has represented Belgium's under-20 side, earning two caps in friendly matches in 2023 without scoring.
