About the player
Mor Ndiaye has a Youth League winner's medal from his time at FC Porto, and it is the only major honour on his record. He earned it with the club's Under-19 side in 2018–19, having joined Porto from Africa Promo Foot in Thiès a year earlier.
The step up to senior football came with FC Porto B in 2019. Over three seasons in the Segunda Liga he made 82 appearances and scored eight goals. He never played a competitive match for Porto's first team, and in 2022 he left for Estoril Praia, where he made 34 league appearances before moving on in 2024.
Athens Kallithea was the next stop. In the 2024–25 season he played 23 league games for the Greek side and scored once.
In June 2025 he signed for Pogoń Szczecin on a permanent basis. The club did not disclose the fee; Polish media put it at about €50,000. His contract runs to 30 June 2027, with an option for a further year.
By May 2026 he had made 17 league appearances for Pogoń and scored one goal. He has also played four times for the club's second team in the III liga.
