Nikita Glushkov

Nikita Glushkov won the 2025 Belarusian Premier League with ML Vitebsk, and the club named him its most useful player of that season. Across his time there he played 48 matches, scored 14 goals and set up ten more. He had arrived in early 2025 on loan from Baltika Kaliningrad and then signed permanently.

Glushkov began his senior career in Slovakia with Slavoj Trebišov, then returned to Russia for spells at Sokol Moscow, Khimki-M and Sibir Novosibirsk. He joined Ural Yekaterinburg in December 2016, playing for the first team and for the reserve side, Ural-2. Ural reached the Russian Cup final in 2016/17, though he was not on the pitch for it. Two seasons on loan at Baltika followed.

His steadiest stretch came at Yenisey Krasnoyarsk, which he joined in January 2020. He made 98 appearances there and scored 18 goals up to 2023.

In January 2024 Akron Tolyatti paid €70,000 for him, and he scored five goals in 13 matches. Baltika brought him back that July for €140,000. The Belarusian chapter came next.

Glushkov left ML Vitebsk in July 2026 and signed for Arsenal Tula as a free agent, on a contract running to 30 June 2027. He plays as a forward or winger and is right-footed.

He has played for Russia at under-18 and under-20 level but has not been capped by the senior side.
