Ruslan Lisakovich

Ruslan Lisakovich had the best individual season of any midfielder in the Belarusian Premier League in 2025. He was named the league's Best Midfielder, and his goal against Minsk was voted Goal of the Season. It came in the year ML Vitebsk won the league: he played 57 games, scored nine goals and set up 15.

The route there was not direct. Lisakovich came through the Shakhter Soligorsk academy and spent part of 2019 on loan at Uzda in the Second League, where he scored twice in nine games. At Krumkachy in 2020 he played 20 First League matches and scored three times as the team reached the promotion play-offs.

He joined Isloch in January 2021. He became captain that August and was named the club's best player for July and August. Isloch reached the Belarusian Cup final that year and lost to BATE Borisov. He made 52 appearances over two seasons before leaving in January 2023.

A move to Russia followed, to Dynamo Makhachkala in the FNL. He played 20 games without scoring and left by mutual consent in January 2024. He then had two short spells in Belarus: a first stint at Neman, with seven league and five cup appearances, and then Minsk, where he scored four goals in nine league games.

Lisakovich made his debut for the senior national side on 8 September 2021, in a World Cup qualifier against Belgium. He has since won 12 caps. Earlier he played 14 times for the under-17s, scoring three goals, and six times for the under-21s.

In July 2025 he returned to Neman on loan from ML Vitebsk, and the arrangement has continued into 2026.
