About the player
Ryan Fosso came through the youth ranks at BSC Young Boys, spending three seasons with the reserve side in the Swiss Promotion League before moving on without a senior appearance for the first team. A free transfer to FC Vaduz in 2022 gave him his first real run of football, and he took it: two seasons yielded 59 league appearances.
In 2024 Fosso joined Fortuna Sittard in the Eredivisie, where he made 47 league appearances over two seasons. Sturm Graz paid close to €900,000 for him in January 2026, and he moved to Standard Liège that August, on a three-year deal worth roughly €950,000.
He made his senior debut for Cameroon that same month in a friendly against Australia, then picked up a second cap days later in a win over China as part of the 2026 FIFA Series.
