Ryan William Stirk

Ryan Stirk came through Birmingham City's academy, signing his first professional contract with the club in 2017 after joining as a ten-year-old in 2010. He made just three Championship appearances before loan spells took him elsewhere for regular football.

The most productive of those loans came at Mansfield Town in 2021–22, where he made 31 league appearances, scored twice and helped the side reach the League Two play-off final. A half-season at Bromley followed in 2022–23, and he was named the National League club's Player of the Month in both March and April 2023 as they advanced to the play-off semi-finals.

Stirk left Birmingham on a free transfer in July 2023 to join Walsall. Over two seasons at the club he made 81 league appearances and scored four goals. When his contract expired, he moved on again without a fee, joining Chesterfield in June 2025.

Born in Birmingham, Stirk qualifies for Wales through his maternal grandmother and represented the country at youth level from under-16 to under-21, though he has not been capped by the senior side. At Chesterfield he has made 21 league appearances, wearing the number 8 shirt.
