About the player
Seydou Traoré came through the Racing d'Abidjan academy before making his mark in the Ivorian top flight, where his performances for the Abidjan club in 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 earned him a move to Switzerland's Lausanne-Sport. He joined Lausanne on 1 July 2023 and, during a loan spell away from the club, made 16 appearances and scored three goals.
Back at the club, he has become a regular in the Swiss Super League, scoring twice in 20 appearances in the 2025/2026 season. Across his senior career to date, the Ivorian forward has played 43 matches, scored five goals and added two assists.
