Bou Hajla is a small town in the Kairouan Governorate, and the club carrying its name is Baâth Sportif de Sidi Amor Bou Hajla, known as BS Bouhajla or BSB.

Founded in 1960, the club still turns out in green and white. The Stade Municipal de Bouhajla holds around 2,000, where BSB competes now after spells in the top division in earlier years.

The Tunisian Cup has given the club its rare moments in the spotlight. In the 2020-21 season it beat Stade Tunisien 1-0 to reach the round of 32, then went out 3-0 to EM Mahdia. Two seasons later it went a round further, into the last 16, before Stade Africain de Menzel Bourguiba ended the run with a single goal. Mahdia keep coming up as opponents in both cup and league, alongside US Ksour Essef, the closest thing BSB has to a rival in the Sahel.

No trophy has come out of any of it.
