Mezőkövesd-Zsóry

Attila Kuttor took charge of Mezőkövesd-Zsóry twice, in 2017–2020 and again in 2022–2024, losing 2–1 to Budapest Honvéd in the 2019–2020 Magyar Kupa final.

Founded on 31 January 1975 as Mezőkövesdi Munkás Sportegyesület, the club went through two further names — Mezőkövesdi Sport Egyesület from 1990, then Mezőkövesd-Zsóry SE from 2012 — before it ever played in the NB I. Promotion came only after winning the Eastern group of the second division in 2012–2013, the first time in its history the team reached Hungary's top division. Before that, the honours were modest and regional: a third-division group title in 2008–2009, a county championship in 1995–1996.

George Weber managed the side through that first taste of the top flight in 2012–2014. Among those who passed through since, midfielder Dániel Nagy, who had Bundesliga experience and Hungary caps, spent three seasons at the club between 2019 and 2022, part of the squad built around the cup run.

Home games are played at the Mezőkövesdi Városi Stadion, which holds 4,183.

Since that 2019–2020 season, results have settled rather than climbed: sixth in 2018–2019, eighth in 2020–2021.
