Ian Allinson managed Stotfold three separate times, first taking charge in 1992 and returning for a third spell that ran until 2008. Football had already been played in the town since 1904, with a first trophy recorded in 1911, but the club itself was not formally established until 1946.
The Bedfordshire Senior Cup alone has been lifted four times since 1965, and the North Bedfordshire Charity Cup nine times.
New Roker Park, on Arlesey Road, reopened in February 2020 as a £2m rebuild of the old ground, now also known as the JSJ Stadium under its sponsor's name, holding 1,500. The amber shirts with black trim are as old as the nickname they support, though the club and Wikipedia still disagree on whether the socks are purple or black.
The Spartan South Midlands League Division One title in 2021–22 was the club's most recent silverware, and it now competes in the Southern Combination Football League.
