The 2026 edition saw Thailand emerge victorious, overcoming the United Arab Emirates in the concluding match. These results highlight the competitive nature of the event among associate nations.

The structure allows for growth in participation. With the expansion to 18 teams in 2026, the scope of the competition widened.
