Nepal Women's T20I Tri-Series 2024/25

The **Nepal Women's T20I Tri-Series** operates as an international cricket fixture designed to provide competitive Twenty20 Internationals for the **Nepal Women** national side. Organized by the **Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN)**, the tournament brings together established national teams for short-format contests. Unlike domestic structures, this event involves senior international squads rather than provincial or departmental clubs.

The competition format typically consists of a league stage where each participating team plays six matches against the others. Following the group phase, a final is contested between the top two teams. The most recent edition featured **Nepal Women**, **Netherlands Women**, and **Thailand Women**. In that series, **Thailand Women** secured the title after defeating **Netherlands Women** in the final standings. **Nepal Women** finished the competition without a win.

This tri-series is distinct from the **Nepal Women's National T20 Championship**, a domestic competition also known as the **Prime Minister Cup**. The domestic championship features teams such as the **Armed Police Force Club** and the **Tribhuwan Army Club** but does not carry T20I status. The tri-series matches, however, are recognized as Women's Twenty20 Internationals by the International Cricket Council (ICC). The event is not an annual recurring fixture but is organized sporadically to offer bilateral opportunities. The governing body, CAN, was established in 1946. The tournament has no promotion or relegation system, as it involves senior national entities.
