Women's Caribbean Premier League is the premier franchise-based Twenty20 cricket competition for women in the West Indies. Organized by Cricket West Indies (CWI), the league was established in 2022 to provide a professional platform distinct from traditional regional domestic structures. It runs parallel to the men's Caribbean Premier League (CPL), utilizing a draft system for player selection rather than regional qualification. The schedule features double-headers alongside the men's tournament, a strategy designed to increase the visibility of the women’s game across the Caribbean and internationally.

Initially launched with three franchises—Trinbago Knight Riders Women, Guyana Amazon Warriors Women, and Barbados Royals Women—the competition expanded to four teams in 2026 with the addition of Jamaica Empress Women. The format has adapted to this growth, shifting from a double round-robin among three sides to a single round-robin involving four teams. Under the current structure, the top-ranked side advances directly to the final, while the second and third-place teams contest a playoff to determine the other finalist.

Barbados Royals Women have proven to be the most dominant force in the league's history, securing titles in 2023, 2024, and 2025. Trinbago Knight Riders Women claimed the inaugural championship in 2022. The competition maintains a smaller scale than its men’s counterpart, historically limiting overseas players to nine per squad.
