«Borowiak»
Czersk sits at the edge of the Tuchola Forest in Pomerania.
The multi-sport club behind the handball section traces back to 1922, when it started life as CKS, and took the Borowiak name only after being re-established in 1960. Handball itself came later still, registered with the Bydgoszcz regional federation in September 1969.
There is no run of titles to point to. What the club has instead is continuity in the lower tiers, mostly in the II Liga's Pomeranian group and the III Liga. That showed again in 2023, when a women's section was launched under the MKS Handball Czersk banner. The youth ranks have produced their own small marks, a provincial runner-up finish among them in 2017.
Matches are played at the Hala Sportowa im.
