Alan Kardec

In 2014, Alan Kardec became the first player to score against all four of São Paulo state's big clubs — Palmeiras, São Paulo, Corinthians and Santos — in a single calendar year. That same year he finished the Campeonato Paulista as its top scorer with nine goals and was named the tournament's best forward.

Kardec came through at Vasco da Gama, where he played 73 matches and scored 18 goals, and was part of the squad that won the Campeonato Brasileiro Série B in 2009. That year he also went to the Under-20 World Cup with Brazil, scoring four goals to finish as his side's leading scorer as the team ended up runners-up. Across the youth side he made 15 appearances and scored six.

Benfica paid €2.5 million for him in 2009. He won the Primeira Liga in his first season and two League Cups, with loans to Internacional and Santos and a spell in the B side. At Palmeiras he scored 24 goals in 43 games and won a second Série B title.

São Paulo signed him for €4.5 million and got 23 goals in 71 matches. He then moved to Chongqing Lifan for €5 million and stayed four years, scoring 55 goals in 106 games to become the club's record scorer. Eleven goals in 16 matches for Shenzhen followed.

At Atlético Mineiro he scored three times in 47 appearances, winning the Campeonato Mineiro in 2023 and 2024. Athletico Paranaense gave him 33 matches and nine goals in 2025. He has scored twice in four games for Juventude.
