Anísio won two youth world titles inside a single year, and scored in both finals. Portugal beat France 3-0 in the 2025 European Under-17 Championship final, where he opened the scoring and set up Duarte Cunha for the second goal. Months later, at the FIFA Under-17 World Cup in Qatar, he struck the only goal in the final against Austria.

Benfica gave him his first-team debut on 25 January 2026, sending him on as a substitute against Estrela da Amadora, and he scored with his first touch in a 4-0 win. He struck again in February, getting the winning goal in a 2-1 win over Alverca. The club has since extended his contract through 2031.

He joined Benfica's academy at the age of eight, having started out at UD Alta de Lisboa, and worked his way up through the youth ranks, scoring 26 goals in 33 games for the development side in 2024/25 before signing his first professional contract that November. A spell with Benfica B brought seven appearances without a goal ahead of his promotion to the first team.
