Anthoni Spier Souza

Anthoni's route to the Internacional first team ran through fifteen years of the same club. He joined the academy in 2010, worked through every age group, and was registered in the club's senior system in 2021. By 2024 he was in the side.

Known professionally by his first name alone, he made his early appearances in the Campeonato Gaúcho, the state championship of Rio Grande do Sul, where he played 13 matches in 2024. Across all competitions he had reached 67 appearances for the club by April 2026, including six in the Copa do Brasil and six in the Copa Libertadores.

In 2024 he kept one in the Gaúcho and one in Serie A. A year later the figures moved: three in the state championship, three in Serie A, two in the Copa do Brasil and two in the Libertadores. At least twelve are on record. In 2024 he and teammate Léo Jardim were among the goalkeepers with the most matches without conceding among Serie A clubs.

Internacional won the 2025 Campeonato Gaúcho unbeaten , and Anthoni added the Recopa Gaúcha in 2026.

He has never moved clubs. There is no transfer history to speak of and no compensation paid — the whole of his football, from the youth categories to the Libertadores, has been played in the same shirt.
