The 2018 season is the one that set Bruno Henrique Corsini apart. He was voted the best player in the Brazilian championship by Troféu Mesa Redonda, picked as the league's best midfielder in the fans' Prêmio Craque do Brasileirão, and named in both Placar's Bola de Prata selection and the Série A team of the year.

He came out of Iraty , scoring nine goals in 29 matches, then spent two seasons at Londrina , where he won the Campeonato Paranaense Série Prata in 2011. A loan to Portuguesa in 2013 brought 29 appearances, and it was enough to earn a move to Corinthians , where he played 125 matches and took a Série A title in 2015.

Palermo paid 12 million reais for him in 2016; he made 33 appearances and scored once before Palmeiras brought him home for around 3.5 million euros. That second Brazilian spell was the most productive of his career — 175 matches, 28 goals, and a run in 2020 that took in the Copa do Brasil, the Campeonato Paulista and the Copa Libertadores.

A 27-million-real transfer took him to Al-Ittihad in 2020, where three seasons yielded 79 appearances, the Saudi Super Cup in 2022 and the league title in 2022/23. He left as a free agent and signed for Internacional in 2023.
