About the player
Bright Siaw arrived at Barnet's academy in the summer of 2024 after time in non-league football with Burnham FC, and within months he was involved with the first team. He made his senior debut in the FA Trophy against Aveley in December 2024. In January 2026, Barnet extended that commitment further, tying him down until 2029.
Siaw plays as a midfielder, comfortable also on the left wing, and is right-footed. His development has been shaped as much by loan spells as by first-team involvement at Barnet: he had a short stint at Welling United on an initial 28-day loan in September 2025, before moving to Southall FC the following month, an arrangement later extended to the end of the season. Those loans have given him regular football away from an EFL Trophy and FA Trophy squad where opportunities have so far been limited to four appearances.
Among those four outings, one stands out: Siaw scored in the EFL Trophy against Arsenal's under-21 side, his goal in a cup competition against academy opposition from one of the league's biggest clubs.
He has not yet been capped internationally, either by England or by Ghana, leaving his representative career as one of the open questions.
