Christopher Andrade came through the Atlas academy before moving on to senior football. He built a run of matches without conceding that stands as a club record at Cancún FC in the Liga de Expansión MX. That stretch underpinned a run of silverware: Cancún won the Apertura 2023 title, and Andrade followed it with the Campeón de Campeones in the 2023–2024 season.
In June 2026, Andrade joined Necaxa ahead of the Apertura 2026 tournament, stepping up to Liga MX under coach Martín Varini.
