About the player
The club named him Årets spiller — Player of the Year — on 25 November 2025.
He is Kristiansund's own. He started at KFK Kristiansund before moving into the Kristiansund BK academy, where he stayed until 2015, and made his senior debut for the club in 2017 in the Eliteserien. He has no senior caps.
In 2020 he left for Stabæk on a free transfer. He spent that season on loan at FK Jerv, then the following year on loan at Fredrikstad FK, and by the summer of 2021 he was back at Kristiansund BK, again on a free. In 2024 he was nominated for the club's Player of the Year award.
The 2025 return to Stabæk was where the numbers finally arrived. Stabæk got over the line in the First Division, and Isaksen's goals were a large part of why.
In January 2026 he signed for Kristiansund BK for the third time, once more on a free transfer, on a contract running to 31 December 2027. Every one of his moves between these clubs has been a free.
