Juninho

He began at Flamengo's academy, joining at Sub-15 level, and was released. Vasco da Gama took him into their youth set-up, and there he worked his way through to the senior side, making his professional debut in the 2019/2020 season.

In 2023 Vasco loaned him to Orlando City, with an option to buy, and he also turned out for the club's reserve side, Orlando City B. The move was not made permanent. He left Vasco at the end of the loan and joined Goiás as a free agent in 2024, then moved on to Criciúma in 2025, again without a fee. That year in Santa Catarina brought him a trophy: the Recopa Catarinense.

January 2026 took him to Grêmio Novorizontino, once more as a free agent, where he wears number 50. By mid-April he had appeared in 19 of a possible 23 matches across the Campeonato Paulista, Série B and the Copa do Brasil. In Série B alone he played 905 minutes, scored three goals and set up three more. He scored against São Bernardo in the Paulista and provided two assists in the 3-0 win over América-MG — six goal involvements in all.

Novorizontino reached the final of the 2026 Campeonato Paulista, where they met Palmeiras. Juninho, right-footed and used as a holding midfielder or further forward, has yet to be called up by Brazil at any level.
