About the player
In January 2026, Robson scored three goals against Palmeiras in the Campeonato Paulista and Novorizontino won 4-0.
The route there was long. He made his first-team debut in 2010. He spent much of that time elsewhere: Comercial in 2011, Anapolina in 2012, Ferroviária across 2012 and 2013, Rio Claro in 2014. He spent 2016 on loan at São Paulo.
In 2018 he left Brazil for Bangkok United, and stayed in Thailand for two seasons. He returned in 2019 to sign for Coritiba, then moved to Fortaleza in 2021.
He is a right-footed finisher — his shot data shows 40 goals with the right, seven with the left and ten headers. In August 2026 he dedicated his goals to his newborn daughter Maitê and son Miguel, and said this was the best spell of his career.
